Ideal candidates have two years of administrative or client-facing experience, strong communication skills, and attention to detail. You’ll use county-issued equipment and software to support eligibility specialists and residents, ensuring efficient case processing and a positive resident experience. High school diploma or equivalent required.

Position Requirements
Education: High school graduation or equivalent
Experience: Two years’ experience as a Clerk 1 or equivalent Administrative Assistant role working directly with clients
Equipment to be used: County issued laptop, scanner, and county issued soft phone with direct phone number
Software to be used: County case file management system, CaseWorks and State systems, MAXIS, and METS
